Oh boy, it has begun!
I’ve heard tales of children escaping their playpens and cribs.
And I’ve known that our Little Man is exceptionally able to navigate and maneuver.
But this one caught me by surprise.
Most days, Little Man has playtime in his playpen.
And after about 45 minutes, I’ll tell him to clean up, he puts his toys in the box, and I’ll take him out.
This morning, he played for about 45 minutes.
I gave him a box for clean-up, and went in the next room.
A couple minutes later, I heard him chasing the dog with his music table…
On the ground…
There was no grunting.
No thud or whining.
He was finished with the playpen.
So he got out.
I don’t really know, yet.
But I’m afraid that this is only the beginning!
